A Time of Healing, Beauty, and Ascending Sound

As we come closer to the 5/5 Portal, a Portal I have deeply honored and celebrated for so many years, the sacred marriage of Heaven and Earth is greatly felt and we one more have the opportunity to align with the ascension codes of the energetic grid of each month and Lunar Cycle.

Before we get into the Pleiadian, Lemurain and Magdalene – Christos Ascension Codes, let us reflect on the energies of the month.

The month of May emerges each year as a threshold, a time when the veil between the earthly and the heavenly feels especially thin, inviting us into a deeper communion with the Divine Feminine Presence and with the Union od Heaven and Earth. Traditionally consecrated to Mother Mary, May holds within it the sacred codes of fertility, healing, and spiritual flowering. Across cultures and continents, we see a collective instinct to honor motherhood, creativity, and the life-giving force. In many parts of the world, Mother´s Day is celebrated in the month of May. In Spain, where I live,  Mother’s Day is celebrated on the first Sunday of May, this year on May 4th, reminding us that the archetype of the Mother is both personal and cosmic, a reflection of the womb of creation herself.

Yet, beneath the floral crowns and loving devotions, May offers us hidden mysteries, gateways into deep restoration, embodiment, and spiritual ascent.

Iyyar: The Month of Healing and Spiritual Purification

In the Hebrew calendar, May aligns closely with the month of Iyyar, a time of profound healing and recalibration. The mystics teach that the very name of Iyyar encodes the divine promise of restoration: Ani YHVH Rofecha—“I am the Lord your Healer” (Exodus 15:26). Unlike the dramatic liberation of Nissan (Passover) or the revelatory power of Sivan (Shavuot), Iyyar is quiet, tender, and process-oriented. It is the bridge, the space where deep inner work unfolds, and where the subtle weaving of healing truly takes place.

It is no coincidence that we count the Omer during this time, a daily spiritual practice of refinement between Passover and Pentecost (Shavuot). Each day is an invitation to cleanse, clear, and prepare the vessel to receive more light. This mirrors the womb-like nature of May: a gestational period where unseen transformations occur in the hidden chambers of the soul.

Taurus: The Sacred Earth and the Path of Embodiment

Astrologically, May is governed by the constellation of Taurus, an earth sign ruled by Venus, goddess of love, beauty, and sensual delight. Taurus teaches us to savor the present moment, to root into the body, and to honor the sacred in the material world. It whispers to us that spirituality is not about transcendence alone, but about bringing heaven into earth, allowing the soul to fully inhabit form.

In the Tarot, Taurus resonates with The Empress card, the embodiment of abundance, fertility, and the sovereign feminine. She sits amid a lush garden, crowned with stars, holding the symbol of Venus close to her heart. May, through the lens of Taurus, asks us to remember that healing is a full-bodied experience. It’s in the earth beneath our feet, in the sensual pleasures of taste, touch, and fragrance, and in the quiet power of being, rather than doing.

The Ascending Spiral of Sound: Taurus and the Hathors

What many may not realize is that Taurus is also deeply connected to sound and vibration. In ancient Egypt, Taurus was linked to the Hathors—celestial beings of light, love, and harmonic wisdom. The Hathors taught that the universe is woven from the fabric of sound—that everything is vibration, and through attunement to sacred frequencies, we can raise our consciousness and heal at profound levels.
