Week 6 of the Omer
YESOD: Foundation and Sacred Union
May 18 (Evening) to May 24, 2025
Yesod is the Sefirah of foundation, bonding, connection, and spiritual transmission. It is the sacred root through which all higher energies are channeled into Malchut, the manifest world. Yesod invites us into deep integration, to become embodied vessels of divine intention. This week is about how we connect to others, to our soul path, and to the Divine.
Day 36 – Chesed shebe’Yesod
Lovingkindness within Foundation
Do I build my relationships on a foundation of true compassion? Lovingkindness in Yesod reminds us that connection must flow from the heart. To anchor divine light into our lives, we must lead with generosity, presence, and care. Ask yourself: How can I infuse more warmth and trust into the spaces where I bond with others? Where am I being invited to initiate love rather than wait for it?

Day 37 – Gevurah shebe’Yesod
Discipline within Foundation
Gevurah invites discernment, sacred boundaries, and alignment. In Yesod, this means learning when and how to say no in order to protect what is holy. Discipline strengthens relationships by bringing clarity and structure. Ask: Where have I allowed weak foundations? How can I realign my commitments with my deepest integrity? True intimacy is only possible with healthy limits.

Day 38 – Tiferet shebe’Yesod
Harmony within Foundation
Tiferet brings balance and beauty to the inner architecture of connection. This is the place of sacred weaving, where divine love harmonizes mind, heart, and body. It invites us to be transparent, vulnerable, and truthful in our bonds. Today, ask: Where am I holding back my truth in order to keep the peace? Can I reveal my heart in a way that nurtures harmony?

Day 39 – Netzach shebe’Yesod
Endurance within Foundation
Netzach speaks to perseverance and commitment. In Yesod, it asks: Can you keep showing up in your soul work and relationships, even when it’s difficult? This is the long breath of devotion, the sacred yes repeated through time. Reflect: What connection in my life requires sacred endurance? Where do I need to commit again to the path that chose me?

Day 40 – Hod shebe’Yesod
Humility within Foundation
Hod is the surrender of the ego into the mystery. In Yesod, this means being willing to be changed by the people and paths we are bonded with. It is to listen, to yield, and to receive the hidden light in others. Today, ask: Can I listen more deeply in my connections? Can I recognize that I am not always the source, but often the vessel?

Day 41 – Yesod shebe’Yesod
Foundation within Foundation
This is the deepest root of connection, where soul contracts are sealed and sacred work is planted. Today is a portal of anchoring. Ask: What is the unshakable truth I am here to stand on? What relationships and commitments feel soul-authored? Meditate on your spiritual DNA and remember what you came here to stabilize.

Day 42 – Malchut shebe’Yesod
Sovereignty within Foundation
All energy channels through Yesod into Malchut, the world of embodiment. Today, the question is: Can I hold my truth with both humility and power? Am I willing to embody the sacred teachings I have received? Sovereignty is not dominance — it is the grace to rule your inner world from alignment. Walk as a vessel of light. Let your presence speak before your words.

As I share the Omer with you for this week, my words may be less, as there are no words to express how grateful I am to this community.
Sending all of you so much love.
