Our Earth, Our Sacred Home
Mother Earth asks for our respect
Beloved souls, this Shabbat, as we step into a sacred pause, we are invited to reflect on the delicate balance of our Mother Earth and the ways we live in relationship with her. Recently, the concept of geoengineering has come into sharp focus with all of the floods in Spain causing absolute disasters and deaths. Geoengineering is a practice where humans attempt to control natural forces, altering weather patterns by manipulating elements like rain, wind, or temperature. Through methods like cloud seeding, countries can increase rainfall, potentially changing local climates and impacting agriculture, as many say may have happened in Morocco, where the storms may have had a ripple effect, contributing to recent floods in Valencia. and other areas of Spain. Although I am not one to lean into conspiracy theories, what I do know is that geoengineering is real. It exists and is used, and this knowledge calls us to a profound moment of pause and reflection.
Our Earth, our sacred home, does not need our control; she asks for our respect. We are called not to bend her rhythms but to honor them, to move in harmony with the natural cycles that sustain us all. The soil, the rivers, the very air we breathe—all of these elements nurture us and connect us to something greater, something ancient. Yet, a shadow seems to hover over our age, a reflection of the Shadow Aquarian ideals we have entered, where the mind dominates and compassion feels too often lost. When our governments pursue innovation for profit without true regard for humanity, we see the costs of this imbalance.
The impulse behind geoengineering is often a selfish one—the desire to extract more from the Earth, to meet human needs by force rather than by balance.
Imagine if we ourselves were the Earth—our hearts, bodies, and spirits reservoirs from which others sought to extract endlessly, asking more than we could naturally give. How would we feel if, every time we reached a place of stillness, others came to disrupt it, to take without asking, to drain without replenishment? This is the reality our Earth faces daily, an unrelenting request for her resources, her energy, her gifts—all so often without gratitude, without reverence, and without balance.
If we experienced such demands, we would likely feel exhaustion, a depletion not only of our physical reserves but of our spirit. We might feel disregarded, perhaps unseen, as if our true needs and limits were invisible to those who only look to us for what we can give them. There might even be a sense of loss—a part of us, rich and wild and sacred, fading because we were not allowed the rest, the renewal, and the balance we so deeply need.
As I write these words you probably have experienced this…
How different it would be if, instead, those around us paused, saw us, and truly honored our rhythms. If they acknowledged that there are times to receive and times to give, times to bloom and times to go inward. Just as our own hearts need moments of stillness, our bodies moments of rest, so does the Earth. If we approached her in partnership rather than in extraction, we would live not in a world of depletion but in a world of shared abundance, where the Earth flourishes and, in turn, sustains us.
To be kind to the Earth is to recognize her as a living, breathing being, to understand that she, too, has her cycles, her seasons of bounty and of rest. This is not only compassion—it is wisdom. When we honor the Earth’s natural rhythm, we begin to find our own. We are not separate from her but deeply interconnected, and what we take, we must also give. May this reflection guide us in our journey to offer gratitude, and to find harmony with this beautiful, sacred world that holds us all.
I am wishing all of you a blessed Shabbat and a blessed first day of November.
I am very excited about the next online monthly Magdalene Shabbat that will take place November 22.
Magdalene Shabbat: The Magdalene Dragon Womb Rite
This Magdalene Shabbat in November is extremely deep.
This Shabbat, we embrace the Magdalene Womb Rite for the Dragon Womb, a powerful practice to activate and remember a wisdom rooted in creation, transformation, and the Shekhinah, the divine feminine presence. The Dragon Womb is our connection to the deep, primordial energies of the Earth, to the mystery and potential that lies within each of us. As we open to these energies, we follow Magdalene’s call to awaken the light of the Divine Mysteries, allowing them to flow through us and reveal our own spiritual gifts.
Together, we invoke the spirit of Kfar Nahúm, a place of profound Shabbats led by Magdalene and Yeshua, where seekers gathered to experience healing and light. In this sacred rite, we open ourselves to the Dragon Womb within, attuning to the pulse of the land and ley lines of Kfar Nahúm so we may embody powerful healing, wisodm and mission in our lives.
May this Magdalene Shabbat be a doorway into the sacred mysteries, a time for each of us to experience the awakening of the Dragon Womb.
