Invocation to Magdalene
Midwife of the New Earth
Mary Magdalene,
Beloved of Light, Vessel of Shekhinah,
you who entered the womb-cave and saw the dawn of resurrection,
you who midwifed the Christ Mystery into the heart of the world.
Teach us to trust the holy contractions of our time.
When the world trembles with fragmentation,
when the vessels of creation seem shattered,
remind us that the birth pangs are sacred,
that the New Earth is already crowning.
Midwife of the Eternal,
place your hand upon our hearts.
Help us to breathe with you,
to remain when others turn away,
to hold suffering in the chalice of love until it becomes light.
Gather our scattered pieces into wholeness.
Guide us across the threshold where heaven and earth are wed,
where feminine and masculine walk as one,
where matter is transfigured into radiance.
Mary Magdalene, Rose of Light,
Ark of Presence, Womb of the New Creation,
be with us now.
Anoint our bodies, awaken our souls,
and birth through us the world to come.
