Beltane Transmission

Beltane Transmission
The Fire of Union and the Wellspring of Healing

As we step through the threshold of Beltane, we cross into one of the most potent festivals of the ancient wheel, a time of fertility, sacred union, and the ignition of life’s creative forces. Traditionally celebrated at the midpoint between the spring equinox and the summer solstice, Beltane is a portal of fire and blossom, where the Earth herself reveals her wildest beauty and invites us to dance with her in joy, passion, and sacred ecstasy.Beltane is the festival of the Sacred Marriage, the union of Goddess and God, Heaven and Earth, Spirit and Matter.

It is the time when the veils between worlds thin, not for descent into shadow, but for ascent into radiant union. Fires are lit, and people leap over them to cleanse and bless their bodies, weaving ribbons around the Maypole as a prayer of life, vitality, and harmony.

But beneath the joy and color, Beltane is also a deeply mystical threshold, a time to align our inner fire with the Earth’s heartbeat, and to reawaken the creative force within our own being.

The Month of Iyyar – The Taurus Gateway
This year, Beltane unfolds within the sacred lunar current of Iyyar, the Hebrew month of healing. Iyyar is encoded with the name of God as “Ani Hashem Rofecha” – I am YHVH your Healer” (Exodus 15:26).

In the desert, it was in this month that the bitter waters were made sweet, and the manna, the hidden sustenance, began to descend.Iyyar is a month of earthy embodiment (Taurus), calling us to remember that healing is not abstract, it is tangible, sensory, and grounded. The Earth offers her medicine most powerfully now, herbs, flowers, and trees vibrate with heightened life force, their codes of regeneration singing through every petal and leaf.

A Cosmic Activation – The Pleiadian and Lemurian Currents
Beltane’s fires are not only earthly, they are cosmic. At this time of year, the Pleiades constellation, a sacred star cluster known as the Seven Sisters, rises powerfully in the night sky. Many ancient traditions, including the Essenes, Egyptians, and Lemurians, held the Pleiades as the home of celestial wisdom and healing light.

Mary Magdalene and the Christ Lineage carry deep Pleiadian codes, and through Beltane’s portal, the Lemurian memory of balance, harmony, and union with nature’s song reawakens within us.

As we celebrate Beltane in the light of Iyyar, we are invited to embody the healing codes of Lemuria and the Pleiades, awakening not only our own vitality but restoring balance to the Earth.

Beltane Ritual: Igniting the Wellspring of Healing

You will need:
A red candle (fire of passion and life)
A bowl of fresh flowers and herbs (symbols of the Earth’s medicine)
A bowl of water (the sacred well)
A frame drum or rattle (optional)

Create Sacred Space:
Light your candle, placing the bowl of flowers and the bowl of water beside it. Call in the directions and anchor yourself between Earth and Sky.

Invocation of Magdalene & Healing Light:
With one hand on your heart and the other on your womb (or lower belly), whisper:
B’shem Maryam Shekhinah – In the Name of Mary Magdalene as Shekhinah. Visualize golden and rose light descending, weaving through your body, connecting heart and womb, heaven and earth.

Blessing of the Elements:
Dip your fingers into the water and sprinkle it over the flowers, saying:
“I awaken the medicine of the Earth. I receive the fire of Beltane and the healing light of Iyyar.”

Chant and Drum:
Chant softly in Aramaic: Inana Assyout Leba ,  I am the healed heart.
Allow your drum or voice to move in spirals, awakening ancient Lemurian and Pleiadian codes within.

Closing Reflection:
Sit in stillness, receiving visions or sensations of your own blossoming, and offer a prayer for the healing of the Earth and all beings.
