Scorpio Wisdom and Teachings
We have entered the Solar Portal of Scorpio, the Deep Waters of truth, power, sexuality and emotion. We have arrived at a crucial moment of understanding the stages of the soul´s progression through lifetimes.
In Gnostic and Biblical Astrology, the Aramaic Letter NUN created Scorpio. Nun is the Fish, representing Yeshua and an important part of his Mission which was connected to the New Covenant: making accessible the Wisdom and Mystery Teachings to all who were ready.
The fish is the gateway, the cosmic yoni, and the ability to dive deep into our own NUN and awaken, feel, and embrace the power that we hold when we know how to use and channel our sexual energy.
The eighth house is ruled by Scorpio and Pluto. The eighth house is a mysterious place that rules birth, death, sex, transformation, mysteries, merged energies, and bonding at the deepest level. The eighth house also rules other people’s property and money, including real estate, inheritances, and investments. Traditionally, it’s been called the house of sex, death, and empowered resources. We all know that Scorpio has so much power that when used in the shadow there is control, manipulation, and an unhealthy relationship with our sexuality.
When Scorpio shines bright in her true light, we can harness the Power of our sexual energy to empower ourselves, to heal and understand that we are an emanation of the Creator and as Alaha creates, we too are here to to create.
Scorpio represents the feminine aspect of the creative forces of the universe. Just as Persephone, or Proserpine, the Queen of Hell, is able to leave the underworld (Hades – Pluto) and return to her mother Demeter at a certain time of the year, we too are called to defeat our subconscious and our infraconsciousness. Hades represents the instinctual intelligence of the Physical Body. This beautiful story of Persephone teaches us that we must conquer the physical instinctual body and transform instinct into intuition. We must channel this sexual energy and transform her from instinctual lust to Holy Desire. The intensity of Scorpio relates to the immersion into the fullness of human passions and base motivations, but it also symbolizes the process of conquering the lower qualities of such passions and moving beyond them. The intensity and “sting” of the lower passions of anger, insecurity, and jealousy can finally be transformed and cleansed in Scorpio.
In Gnostic Astrology, Scorpio on a collective Level is the karma of humanity, whereas Capricorn embodies individual Karma and Cancer embodies familial Karma. The exodus of the Hebrews out of Egypt is a story of Scorpio. When Moses went to pray and receive Divine Presence and Messages, his people started to doubt him. They did not want to continue crossing the desert. Alaha had given them Mana to eat as they did not have food, yet they preferred the spicy food of Egypt and all things that that were awakening their lust. When Moses came back they had created a statue of a calf by melting the jewelry of the women and were trying to find someone to lead them back to Egypt. Egypt as a metaphor of this story symbolizes the bondage, the captivity, the samsaras. In that Moment they received the Judgement that they would not ever see the promised land, only their Children would e able to see the Holy Land. And so it was, they all died before entering the Promised Land.
When Moses approached the camp and saw the calf and the dancing, his anger burned and he threw the tablets out of his hands, breaking them to pieces at the foot of the mountain. And he took the calf the people had made and burned it in the fire; then he ground it to powder, scattered it on the water and made the Israelites drink it.
The drinking of the Golden calf in the water represents the karmic seed being nourished and replicated rather than destroyed.
Yeshua said:Everyone who drinks of this water will thirst again, but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst; the water that I shall give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life. (John 4:13–14)
This is the Water of the NUN.
Ultimately, Scorpio represents the Karma of humanity as a collective.
Whereas Cancer represents conception in a womb, Scorpio represents the karmic patterns of humanity that we carry in the collective womb. In the Desert Rose Traditions when women had their Moon Cycle they would go to nature to bleed in the earth to release the Karma of Humanity. They did not allow anyone to be near them as they wanted to be alone as they cleansed humanity through their blood. This was a consecrated ritual of purification.
Scorpio represents the deep waters of creation and in Sacred Scripture anytime water is mentioned, this is a symbol of creative sexual energy.
We came here into this physical world thanks to the creative waters. As we purify our sexual energy we are given the opportunity to return to these pure waters of creation.
Scorpio ushers in the darkness and drives us to explore all that is hidden in the darkness, all the subconscious desires and fears, and deep within that darkness, the light of our essence.
Scorpio is a powerful opportunity to be regenerated, rebirthed, transformed, purified, and to channel the pure essence of the Soul, the light.
