The Sanctuary Within
Remembering Wholeness
“Nothing is ever missing. Everything has always been and still is, within our inner sanctuary.”
We live in a world where we have been taught to seek outside.
But the Magdalene teachings remind us: the Holy of Holies is not found in stone or sky, but within the soul’s inner chamber.
This is the sacred paradox: we search, not because we are empty, but because we have forgotten our fullness.
Our inner sanctuary is not an idea, it is mystical architecture, a chamber of Light.
It is the place where the soul, the Spirit, and the Divine meet in eternal communion.
It is where the Sacred Flame never extinguishes, even when the world tries to dim it.
Within you are scrolls of wisdom waiting to be revealed.
Within you are songs never sung, dreams never lost, holiness never stolen.
The illusion of something missing is the deepest wound of exile,
the exile from the self, from the body, from the remembrance of the Divine Presence dwelling within.
But this exile is not permanent.
It is an invitation to return.
Every time we pause and breathe deeply…
Every time we remember that we are made of Light and Breath and Womb and Spirit…
Every time we resist the urge to grasp outside and instead descend inward…
we undo the forgetting.
The great mystics knew:
-
Shekhinah dwells within the tent of the heart.
-
The Christ Light rises not only from a tomb, but from within the soul’s depths.
-
The Tree of Life does not grow in a distant Eden, but within the womb of our being.
You are the temple. You are the altar. You are the flame.
The moment you reclaim your wholeness, you reclaim your power.
Not the power to dominate or prove, but the power to radiate, to bless, to create, to remember.
So come.
Return to the sanctuary.
Enter barefoot. Lay your longing at the threshold.
You will find there was nothing missing at all.
