2023 – Year 7 – Rhythmic Light Creation

2023 – Year 7 – Rhythmic Light Creation

St Teresa of Ávila wrote:

“Contemplative Prayer is a Divine union, in which the Lord takes His delight in the soul and the soul takes its delight in Him;” The experience of Divine Union and Delight within contemplative prayer is what Mary Magdalene teaches in the Practice of Shela. Shela, the word that Mary Magdalene used for Prayer, evokes the inage of the Mantle of the Bride, we cloack ourselves to go within and in this process Lady Wisdom who lies deep within our infinity awakens and we fall into an ecstatic state of REMEMBRANCE. A beautiful form of Shela that awakens the Rhythmic Light Creation is Sacred Drumming and we can even dive deeper into the experience of Biblical Drumming. “They carried the ark of God on a new cart,…David and all the house of Israel were dancing before the Lord with all their might, with songs …and tambourines….” — 2 Samuel 6: 3-5 “Then Jephthah came to his home…and there was his daughter coming out to meet him with timbrels and dancing.” — Judges 11: 34 Biblical drumming was used in the Desert Rose Traditions for going into Yesodic States of Consciousness and for specific Ceremonies. All Essene and Christ Lineage Ceremonies included Drumming, Chanting, Ecstatic Dancing, Sacred Light Language and Myrraphore Oil Activations. We can all practice Biblical Drumming just as the Desert Rose Teachers did. Although there is a Mystery School tradition of specific drumming patterns to call on the different Angels and Light Beings, we can simply pic up our Drum with Holy Reverence and play a pattern we know well over and over, slowly and gently. Our worries and concerns start to fade. The pattern quietly leads us to Holy Lady Wisdom who is within us, and to the Light of the Creator. Sometimes, we pick up our drum and let it play us, knowing we are in sacred Divine Union with Alaha. No words, just the Pulse of Light Creation.

In these last days of 2022, we may be spending some time in reflection as a cycle is coming into completion. We prepare ourselves for 2023, a Year 7.

7 is such a powerful number that represents an amazing upgrade in everything in our lives. In its mystical and higher octave teachings, 7, as the number of Venus, is the Light of Creation.

7 is one of my favourite numbers and is a very strong presence in my numerology. Before living in a house number 8, which I am currently living in, I lived in a House 7 for 5 years. It was the most beautiful experience. As 7 is the number of the empath, the healer, and the longing to make all things beautiful, this beautiful house also served as a Temple and all of my In Person Trainings (when I wasn´t travelling) were in my Number 7 Home. There was such a strong presence of Mary Magdalene and Venus in this Temple space that people from all over the world came to a little village in Spain to receive teachings and transmissions. This is the beauty of number 7. When we open up our hearts in service and devotion Venus rewards us with a delightful experience of Cosmic Beauty. And of course, I am searching for that number 7 house again to create the Temple Space with an even stronger energy! I am still under the home rulership of number 8 (Saturn) who is teaching me what my soul may not have learned in different lifetimes.

In Kabbalah, the seventh Sephirah on the Tree of Life is called Netzach, which means victory. This is attributed to the planet Venus. On a personal level, Venus represents art, creativity, beauty, divine union, sensuality, and it’s also the planet of feeling secure on a very deep level. Venus is true value and self-worth. If we value ourselves, we will create a lot more prosperity in our life. When we feel secure in the world, this security enables us to help others value themselves.

As number 7 represents our energy field, we have an opportunity to work with Light Creation through creativity and the containment of life force to generate more energy and as a result have a strong and expansive energy field. The more expansion in our energy field, the more open we are to receive the Abundance, Beauty and Light of number 7.

At The Desert Rose Mystery School the 2023 Theme, the Year Number 7 Theme, is Rhythmic Light Creation.

I am so excited to journey into this year with all of you. May I be granted the Grace and strength of Alaha to Serve this Community in my highest expression.

I will be sharing more about the year to come.

Sending all of you so much love.

Ahava,

Ana Otero
