Counting the Omer. Sophianic Tree of Life. Week 2 Starting April 9th

Counting the Omer – Week 2
Gevurah: The Sacred Discipline of the Soul

Welcome to the Counting of the Omer, a mystical experience open to all paths, all faiths, and all traditions.

The Counting of the Omer is a sacred journey within the Kabbalistic tradition, an honoring of the living dimensions of the Tree of Life that exist within us. Each day becomes an invitation to gently awaken and embody these dimensions as aspects of our own soul.

In my work, I walk with the Sophianic Tree of Life, where the Divine Feminine presence—known as Sophia, Shekhinah, Shakti, Mary, the Holy Spirit—moves as a living current through these spheres, like a sacred breath that refines, softens, and ignites what lives within us. In my experience and teachings of the Sophianic Tree of Life, I offer a grounded approach and include practices from different traditions, as the richness of these brings us into unity.

This is a path beyond religion, a deeply mystical and embodied experience that brings intention, presence, and quiet transformation into daily life.

You only need a few moments each day—five minutes of devotion, of attention, of breath—and over time, something begins to shift, subtly yet profoundly, within your inner world.

At the end of this writing, I have shared an Embodied Sound Yoga practice, as a way to enter this experience through the body, through vibration, and through presence.

Week 2 of the Omer begins on the evening of April 8th and continues through April 15th, 2026.

This is the week of Gevurah—the holy fire of discernment, the intelligence that refines, shapes, and protects the soul’s becoming.

In the Magdalene–Christos path, Gevurah is sacred containment, the vessel that allows love to take form. It is the strength of Sophia that knows where to open and where to draw the boundary, so that life may be lived in truth.

April 9th – Day 8: Chesed of Gevurah

Lovingkindness within Discipline

This day opens the gate of softened strength.

Gevurah, without Chesed, can become rigid, even harsh. But when infused with love, it becomes a living intelligence—firm, yet open; clear, yet compassionate.

The Magdalene holds the line of truth through embodied presence, because truth gives direction and form to love, and her life reveals this lived reality: she remained at the cross when others turned away, stood in devotion at the tomb, recognized Yeshua through inner knowing, and spoke from direct experience even when questioned; her truth arises from an unbroken relationship with the Divine within, allowing her to live, express, and anchor love with clarity, integrity, and unwavering devotion.

Ask yourself:
Where have I hardened in the name of strength?
Where can love re-enter the places I have armored?

Embodiment:
Wrap your arms around your body in a gentle embrace.
Feel the body as a vessel of both strength and tenderness.

Repeat:
“I honor the structures I have built, and I soften them with compassion.”

Day 9: Gevurah of Gevurah

The Discipline within Discipline

This is the day of the inner sword.

Not a sword of violence, but of clarity, the ability to cut through illusion and stand in alignment with truth.

In the Christos current, this is the moment of Hineni—“Here I am”—a full offering of self without fragmentation.

Ask:
Where am I being called into deeper integrity?
Where must I stand, not from fear, but from truth?

Embodiment:
Stand in mountain pose. Root through your feet.
Engage your core and lengthen your spine.

Chant:
“Hineni.”

Feel the dignity of your presence. Unshaken. Whole.

Day 10: Tiferet of Gevurah

Compassion within Structure

Tiferet brings beauty into discipline, heart into form.

This is the meeting point of love and truth.

This is the Sophianic balance within the Tree of Life, where severity is transfigured through compassion.

Ask:
Where can I hold both truth and tenderness?

Embodiment:
Place one hand on your womb, one on your heart.
Breathe between the two centers.

Chant softly:
“Lev shel Gevurah – Heart of Strength.”

Walk slowly in a spiral, allowing grace to guide your movement.

Day 11: Netzach of Gevurah

Endurance in Boundaries

This day asks for devotion and faithful presence.

Netzach teaches that boundaries are not a single act, but a living path.

This is the endurance of the pathwalker, the one who remains aligned even when challenged.

Embodiment:
Move in a slow, rhythmic step or gentle dance.

With each step, say:
“My No is sacred. My Yes is rooted.”

Let your body remember the strength of continuity.

Day 12: Hod of Gevurah

Humility through Sacred Limits

Hod bows to the mystery.

Not all boundaries are chosen, some are given. Some are invitations into surrender, into listening, into the unknown.

In the Sophianic current, this is the wisdom of not needing to know.

Ask:
Where am I being invited to release control?

Embodiment:
Come into child’s pose.
Feel the back body expand with breath.

Whisper:
“I surrender into the wisdom I cannot yet see.”

Day 13: Yesod of Gevurah

Rooting Strength in the Soul’s Foundation

Here, discipline becomes devotion.

Yesod is the gateway—the place where intention becomes seed, where the unseen begins to take form.

Your boundaries are not restrictions, they are the ground that holds your sacred work.

In the Magdalene field, this is the womb as vessel of creation.

Ask:
What am I truly here to anchor?

Embodiment:
Place your hands on your womb or lower belly.

Chant:
“Ana Bekhoach – With Your strength.”

Visualize roots descending from your spine into the earth, stabilizing your vision.

Day 14: Malchut of Gevurah

Embodied Truth in Action

Now the inner work becomes visible.

Malchut is embodiment—Shekhinah made manifest.
The Divine Presence lived through the body, through voice, through action.

This is the moment where your inner alignment becomes your outer reality.

Embodiment:
Stand in stillness.

Speak aloud a boundary, a vow, or a truth you are ready to live.

Then take one step forward and bow gently.

“I choose to live in truth.”

May this week of Gevurah refine you with love,
strengthen you with clarity,
and root you more deeply into your path.
