Terms & no-refund policy

Access to courses

After your purchase or registration you receive immediate access to your course in My Sanctuary, together with a confirmation email containing a direct link.

Prices and VAT

Prices are shown in euros and exclude VAT. Customers resident in Spain and the European Union pay 21% VAT; customers outside the EU pay no VAT.

Payment plans

When you choose to pay in instalments, each payment is charged automatically to the card you registered. If a payment fails we notify you immediately, retry automatically and give you a simple link to update your card. If a payment remains pending after the grace period, access to the course is paused until it is completed — your progress is always kept.

No-refund policy

The Desert Rose Mystery School holds a strict no-refund policy for all courses, trainings, workshops, events and retreats. We trust that all students will honour this commitment. If you have any doubt, please write to info@anaotero.com before joining.
